Very good location and staff, the hotel itself was clean. The beds were hard here, however it was a really really nice stay all in all.

Location and rooms were perfect, had a really nice stay on holidays. Nothing to complain about, I loved this place, recommend.

Immaculately clean hotel in a nice building adjacent to old town, airport bus and bus station.

Everything was very clean, helpful staff, prime location close to a rather peaceful alley, the centre of Chania, old town. I asked for studio apartment with a balcony, a great shower, for example, had an enjoyable stay. Also, I loved how ideal the location was. Stopped by Cafe Maurakakis to get some coffee and treats, it's close to the venue, recommend:)))

Unique location next to a bus station, staff supporting.

Check-in was easy, the service was excellant. It was a pleasant hotel in a fantastic area, just off central bus station as well as the central shopping street. Plus, it was easy to find municipal market of chania. Welcoming, fabulous employees.

It needed amenities.

the reception was welcoming, i liked it. bed was big, i enjoyed it. there was a big size bathroom.

The hotel was spotless and offered excellent prices. It was warm enough, good enough for a holiday. Spectacular views, peaceful location. And it was in front of a bus station.

Room was such beautiful and well designed, the place itself was reasonably good! I loved that the room was spacious with a balcony. The provided service was efficient too.
